JONESBORO, Ark., Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF) has extended its Pink Bag free shopping event at its Jonesboro headquarters due to significant community demand. Originally scheduled to conclude on October 17, the event will now remain open through October 30 to accommodate more pre-registered breast cancer patients and survivors during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Approved participants will stroll through UBCF's warehouse stocked with essential and lifestyle goods, including beauty products, clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, and housewares. All items are provided at no cost to help alleviate the financial strain often associated with a breast cancer diagnosis. The initiative transforms the foundation's headquarters into a supportive environment where patients receive resources to manage the daily challenges of their health journey.

"Seeing the response to our Breast Cancer Awareness Month event necessitated this extension to ensure as many survivors as possible can participate," stated a UBCF representative. "By offering everything from beauty products and clothing to furniture and toys at no cost, we are working to ease the financial burden of a diagnosis and remind individuals that no one has to walk this path alone."

The extended timeframe provides nearly two additional weeks for the local community to access these resources.
