PARK CITY, Utah, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 'Stay Wild with Gracie,' presented by Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation and American Wild Horse Conservation, will welcome acclaimed singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrell to headline its benefit concert on Friday, Oct. 2, at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection. The concert will bring Ferrell's distinctive country and Americana sound to an evening of live music, food and philanthropy, with proceeds benefiting the organizations' work on behalf of wild and domestic horses.
Set against the expansive landscape of The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, the evening will pair Ferrell's evocative performance with Western-inspired culinary offerings and a spirited silent auction. The Oct. 2 concert marks the opening of 'Stay Wild with Gracie,' a three-day gathering designed to bring people closer to the horses, landscape and mission behind the weekend. Taking place Oct. 2 to 4, the celebration will continue with additional live music, equine experiences, intimate dining, educational workshops and social gatherings, creating multiple ways for guests to connect with the work of Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation and American Wild Horse Conservation. As the weekend's signature fundraiser, the concert invites the broader community to experience the spirit of Blue Sky while supporting the organizations' work on behalf of wild and domestic horses.
"Sierra Ferrell brings an authenticity and energy to her music that feels perfectly suited to Blue Sky and the spirit of Stay Wild with Gracie," said Joe Ogdie, area managing director and general manager at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection. "We are excited to welcome the public for an unforgettable evening and to shine a light on the important work Saving Gracie and American Wild Horse Conservation are doing for horses."
That work begins with Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation, where horses in need are given the care and sanctuary needed to heal. Founded in 2014 by Blue Sky owner Barb Phillips, the Utah-based nonprofit rescues, rehabilitates and provides lifelong sanctuary for abused, neglected and surrendered horses, giving each animal individualized care and a safe place to recover.
"Stay Wild with Gracie gives us an opportunity to bring people together around our shared love of horses and introduce more people to the work happening at Saving Gracie," said Barb Phillips, founder of Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation and owner of The Lodge at Blue Sky. "We are thrilled to have Sierra Ferrell join us for this year's benefit and look forward to an evening that celebrates horses while helping provide a future for those who need our care."
While Saving Gracie focuses on horses in need of rescue and rehabilitation, American Wild Horse Conservation works to protect wild horses and burros on public lands. Through science, advocacy, policy and conservation, the organization advances humane solutions and works to safeguard wild herds for generations to come.
"At this consequential moment for wild and domestic horses, bringing people together around a shared appreciation for these animals is more important than ever," said Patricia Miller, executive director of American Wild Horse Conservation. "We are proud to partner with Saving Gracie and Blue Sky for an evening that celebrates the spirit of the horse while generating meaningful support for both wild and domestic horses."
Together, the organizations bring complementary perspectives to the weekend, connecting the care of domestic horses with the protection of wild herds across the American West. That shared mission will be reflected throughout 'Stay Wild with Gracie' and brought to life through an evening where music, philanthropy and advocacy come together.
The Stay Wild with Gracie Benefit Concert will take place Friday, Oct. 2, at 6:30 p.m. at The Lodge at Blue Sky in Wanship, Utah. General admission tickets are $500 and include concert admission, live entertainment, local food trucks and access to the silent auction. VIP tickets are $1,500 and include premium seating, access to the silent auction, live entertainment, local food trucks, beverage vouchers and an exclusive commemorative gift bag. Tickets and additional weekend experiences are available online. Proceeds from the event will support the rescue, rehabilitation and conservation of horses across Utah and the American West.
