Mr. Namba brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across complex insurance claims, litigation management, and claims operations. He joins the firm from Hudson Insurance Group, where he served as Head of Claims, and has held senior leadership roles at Chubb, W.R. Berkley, Zurich North America, and AIG, leading large-scale claims organizations and managing high-severity, complex liability portfolios.
