Largest real estate investor network launches an exclusive bootcamp in Phoenix for scaling investors alongside BiggerPockets podcast hosts and seasoned local operators
PHOENIX, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BiggerPockets, the largest professional network for real estate investors, today announced an exclusive regional event series designed for high-touch learning and networking. Starting with Live from Phoenix, a small-room, three-day intensive Dec. 5–7, members will work directly alongside BiggerPockets hosts and top regional operators to build advanced scaling strategies. The company also announced a partnership with IMN that connects its members with the institutional single-family rental (SFR) market.
Through the partnership, BiggerPockets members can attend Single Family Rental Forum West, Dec. 7–9 at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. The forum draws more than 1,800 SFR investors, operators, and lenders, giving members direct access to the capital providers and operators who help Main Street and Wall Street investors scale.
Dave Meyer, host of the "On the Market" podcast and chief investment officer of BiggerPockets, will lead a workshop at the forum Dec. 7 focused on bridging independent operators with large-scale SFR leaders. BiggerPockets members register with a complimentary pass to the event here.
"BiggerPockets will always be where people buy their first rental," said Eric Augustyn, CEO of BiggerPockets. "But many of our members are well past their first doors. Our IMN partnership and regional events put them in the room with the lenders, operators and investors who have already scaled."
The regional series brings BiggerPockets to local markets year-round, alongside BPCON, its annual flagship conference, giving members more chances to meet in person and learn from each other.
Live from Phoenix is an intimate weekend bootcamp designed specifically for experienced landlords and active investors ready to scale. Set in a small-room format for deep interaction with featured speakers and local leaders, sessions focus on practical portfolio audits, market analysis, forced appreciation, and transitioning from sweat equity to capital deployment.
Speakers include:
- James Dainard, co-founder and managing principal of Heaton Dainard Real Estate, on underwriting deals and forcing appreciation, drawing on more than $1 billion in transactions.
- Kathy Fettke, co-founder and co-CEO of RealWealth, on using migration data to evaluate out-of-state markets.
- Devon Kennard, founder of Phoenix-based 42 Solutions and nine-year NFL veteran, on transitioning from active investing to private money lending.
More dates and locations will be announced. Investors can register for Live from Phoenix at https://www.biggerpockets.com/conferences.
BiggerPockets members can also meet in person through its new Local Meetups feature, which organizes intimate meetings by location to turn online connections into face-to-face relationships with local investors.
